Sizing Chart Vogue Baby

These are General average sizing : Note after 6-12m, it's 12m-18m, then 18m-2yrs. If you are buying for a 9 month old, chances are they will fit the 12m-18m range better.

Always go up the next size to ensure a more comfortable fit. We are happy to help you if you get stuck send us a message on the bottom right "Message us" icon.

 

Sizing Chart Little Madam:

6m - 8years. Sizing is average height and weight. If in doubt message us before buying. Some children could be two sizes up. We know the fitting of the dresses well, so it pays for you to message us first.

At “Vogue Baby” & "Little Madam" we want you to be satisfied with the items you have purchased from our online store, please contact us directly if you have any further questions. Just click on the blue icon "Message us" on the bottom right of the screen.

What currency do you accept? 

All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are charged in New Zealand dollars.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal, payment via bank deposit (NZ based customers only).

Please note: you do not need to set up a paypal account to pay via credit card.

How do I place an order?

All orders are to be placed directly through our website, email or Private Message through our facebook page www.facebook.com/VogueBabyNZ. We are happy to answer any questions you might have with regards to sizing, product details prior to placing your order. Click on the "message us" icon on the bottom right of the screen and we will be able to reply instantly.

Do you accept custom orders?

From time to time we do accept custom orders, this depends on the availability of the fabric that we are using and the sizing that you require. We require full payment and is non-refundable if you change your mind.

How long does the custom orders take? 

Generally it can take within 2 working days – 2 weeks to complete depending on the size of the order and how complex it is to make the garment. We will be able to give you a precise deadline before we take your payment.

Do you offer laybuy?

Yes we offer laybuy. Full information is given once you connect to the link at checkout. Basically you are in contract with laybuy to pay interest free payment spread over 6 weeks. Schedule to pay in full later and receive your products now.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Please refer to our shipping rates below.

SHIPPING RATES

NOTE: We do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

New Zealand: All of our parcels are tracked using PTP (Pass the Parcel) and in most cases it will require your signature.

You will be emailed or sent a message for your tracking numbers as soon as it's dispatch. We aim to do so within 24hours within working business days.

No courier pick ups for Saturday, however they do deliver on this day.

Small Parcels - $6.50 NZ wide ( includes Rural deliveries)

Med/Large - $8.50 NZ wide ( Includes Rural deliveries)

x2 Med/Large - $17 NZ wide (If the items are large and require two parcels, rural deliveries included)

Note: Rural deliveries may take slightly longer, but you can track this online and if should you have further question, contact us and we will do our best to navigate.

 

Australia:

 Currently we are only willing to send Registered parcels so that they can be tracked for peace of mind.  

The set price is calculated by weight.

Less than 1kg is $25 registered standard post

between 1.1kg-3kg is $35 registered standard post

If you require the parcel much sooner, please enquire we can check out Fedex or T N T shipping rates for you.

Please be aware that purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. Shipments can often be held by customs for long periods of time, unfortunately this is beyond our control.

Worldwide:

These prices are set by weight and domesions of the product.

Registered Standard Post  $35  -    Up to 1kg  

Registered Standard Post  $45  -   over 1,1kg - 3kg 

Should you require fedex rates ( which is double or triple the registered price) we can arrange that for you, these services are quick and will get to you within a few days.

International deliveries:

Please be aware that purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. Shipments can often be held by customs for long periods of time, unfortunately this is beyond our control.

When will my order be dispatched?

We endeavour to ship goods within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. In most cases your order will be shipped on the next working day. 

Note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday ( unless the Monday is a public holiday, then it's the next business day). You will receive email confirmation with a tracking number (if tracked) once your order has been dispatched. Note: shipping times do not apply to pre-orders.

Ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details given at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, provided that you contact us within 12 hours of purchase on items that are already made (shop stock), not including items that has to be made such as facemasks, bunnies, clothing, custom orders, pre -orders etc. Once you have paid and production has gone ahead we will not be able to cancel your order after this point, thus no refund or part refund will be given. 

My order hasn’t arrived?

Please track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email sent at time of dispatch. In very rare circumstances your order may be delayed in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your order. Please note that our ETA is an estimate, depending on the amount of time it takes to make your order and how many orders in total,  it could be a few days late, we will be in contact with you if this is the case. 

All parcels shipped locally in NZ will be tracked or and signed for.  

 

Discounts & Promotions:

Can I use all my discounts Codes all at once?

No, only one discount code per transaction. For example if you have a discount code for 20%, you can use this or use the free shipping code, whichever is a greater advantage for you.

Alternatively if the items you want are on sale and the discount code is still valid then you may use it.

Gift Cards/Vouchers

We are currently issuing Gift Cards/Vouchers. These will be sent through to your emails and may be redeemable at check out in payment section.

Returns & Exchanges

Generally we don't accept exchanges as we may not have any left in stock and because we are often at the market, stock sell out spontaneously before we can remove it from the website. If you get stuck with sizing, message us and we will be able to give a good indication, however we highly recommend to go up the next sizing for a comfortable fit.  If you find the measurements are in between, go up the next size. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. lynn@voguebaby.co.nz or message us through social media such as Facebook, messenger or instagram for instant replies. 

I ordered the wrong size?

We are happy to exchange sizes provided we have one available in stock. All returns must be sent back in original condition, with tags attached and be unworn/unused. A store credit will be issued (valid for 1 year from the date of issue) if we cannot offer a size exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Please ensure items are returned via courier or tracked, we accept no responsibility for items lost in the post that cannot be tracked. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for product exchanges. The cost of shipping returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us for a return address.

NOTE: we do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale or Clearance items. Choose these items carefully.

My item is faulty?

All items are thoroughly checked corner to corner, inch by inch before being packaged and sent to you, however on the very rare occasion a fault is found please contact us via email lynn@voguebaby.co.nz to resolve. Or message us again through FB, Instagram, Messenger.

We are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund for faulty items. All claims are subject to our discretion, this does not affect your rights under the consumer's Guarantee's Act.  Ensure items are returned via tracked couriers, we accept no responsibility for items lost in the post. Contact us for a return address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! All orders are gift wrapped beautifully at no extra cost. Purchases over $35 will be wrapped in our custom gift boxes. Note No prices will be display on the the tag. Please state in comment that it's a gift.

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Vogue baby / Little Madam. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products via our website. When you place an order on our site, you are redirected to Paypal where your payment information is securely entered and processed.
